Shipping policy

Please make sure orders are correct before paying as orders cannot be changed once processed. Please allow at least 3 business days to process orders before shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! If an item is marked as "Pre-Order" that item has not been received and shipping may take longer than a week depending on when it is received.
