Refund policy

All sales are final! There are no returns or exchanges. Each item is shipped and inspected by me personally and will not be shipped with any defects. Refunds for damaged items during transit are on a case by case basis. If you receive an item damaged during transit please email me mznettasjewels@gmail.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery receipt by the USPS. Items that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error, or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return.
